Exposure to anti-icing salts and solvents, automotive fluids, fertilizers, chemicals and hydraulic fluid all require unique solutions that will perform while subject to UV and ozone exposure under extreme temperature ranges.
To address the specialized nature of these cables, Hueson Wire offers plug and play insulation and jacketing combos. This option involves combining the expertise and history of well known insulating and jacketing products into custom cables fabricated to create a line of robust cables capable of superior performance. Insulation systems including standard SAE-J-1128 types GPT, TXL, GXL and SXL complimented with jackets as basic as PVC through the top of the line polyurethanes.
In addition to our plug and play options we now offer a one fit solution which answers most of these challenges. Using our special partnership with SABIC Innovative Plastics we introduce a new insulator — Flexible Noryl. Its features include:
- 7-10 times greater pinch and abrasion resistance than PVC
- Superior thermal performance which is suitable for ISO-6722 105° C Class B wiring and passes the 125° C Class C requirements for internal cable use.
- Inherently flame retardant
- Outstanding chemical resistance
- Non-halogen
- 100% recyclable
Additionally, our specialty wire and cabling manufacturing facility allows us the flexibility to run specialty cables in smaller quantities.
