The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, and market research.
- Outreach: Conduct outreach activities via phone, email, and social media to engage with prospects and generate interest in our products.
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as call volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous, but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport.
- Technology: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for building customer relationships and driving profitable sales growth with new customers within their territory. While reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this individual will be responsible for managing their sales territory and working closely with sales development representatives to drive sales from our portfolio of wire & cable products, services and engineered solutions and advance the business objectives identified within Hueson Wire & Cable to ensure multi-year growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strategically develop customer targets and a plan to execute sales goals.
- Build effective customer relationships with partners within the assigned sales territory.
- Provide market intelligence as necessary to position Hueson Wire & Cable for growth and profit opportunities, including but not limited to, assessing market/region size and share held by our competition to facilitate Hueson’s alignment for growth.
- Identify sales opportunities to “Drive Mix” with new customers, products, and services.
- Effectively track and maintain project opportunities and success using HubSpot.
- Maintain Monthly and Quarterly sales reports / sales funnel to internal leadership.
- Proactively manage all aspects of territory monthly P&L and account receivables in support of business objectives.
- Create a solution driven, leadership persona both internally and externally while collaborating with other functions within the corporation and customer organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Sales Leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Engineering with proven technical aptitude.
- Prior sales experience within the wire and cable market, distribution, or hardware is preferred.
- Requires strong financial understanding with analytical skills to work through complex issues in all areas of the business.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
- Requires a team-player attitude continuously articulated in a well thought out vision and effective communication.
- Effectively manage channel conflict as arises from strategy execution or dictated by changing market.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to continuously develop competencies of both self and others.
- Flexibility: The ability to manage multiple tasks while working around deadlines is necessary.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to become an integral part of our growing small business. The position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, vision, dental and 401(k).
The Quality Control Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality and performance standards. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, and supporting the Engineering and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a continuous improvement mentality, and a dedication to upholding high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production, including start-up, in-process checks, finished products, and incoming raw materials to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and interpret work instructions by interfacing with operators and leadership.
- Manage tooling calibration and maintain calibration records.
- Provide technical and administrative support to Engineering and Production.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and troubleshooting.
- Participate in quality training and stay current with industry standards and best practices.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Additional technical training or certification in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control role, preferably in wire & cable or a related industry.
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and pi tapes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and quality control software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
